There is a moment in everyone’s life when they decide now is the time to take action. Some may be moved by a specific issue or story. Others may be personally impacted and have no choice but to fight.

The agenda of the incoming administration, indicated through tweets, interviews and cabinet appointees, underscores a major shift in public policy and a threat to the very things that we hold dear: environmental and natural resource protection; women’s reproductive rights; freedom of speech; freedom of religion; affordable healthcare; quality public education; gender, race and LGBT equality; action on climate change; clean energy and the list goes on.
