We’re Getting Organized!

August 28, 2014 by SV Progressives

Susquehanna Valley Progressives will meet to appoint committee members and discuss goals and strategies for the coming months.  We are seeking volunteers who are interested in helping out in any capacity they can.   A few objectives for this meeting:

  • Leadership – volunteers to serve on an executive or steering committee to help provide guidance for moving forward.
  • Programs – we have our first public forum scheduled (see details below). We could use your help to make our premier event a success and your ideas for what we should work on next!
  • Voices – are you a writer? We’re looking for writers to blog at SVprogress.org as well as contribute opinion pieces to local papers.

An organizational meeting is set for Thursday, September 11th at 6:30 PM at the Degenstein Library in Sunbury (40 S 5th St, Sunbury, PA 17801). This meeting is important and we need you to attend. Click here for more details.
